Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.

  • Customized or special-order items.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via cash at the time of product collection or by an alternative method agreed upon with the customer.

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) instead of a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
